1. How long does shipping take?
   Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 03 to 05 business days, depending on your location.
2. What are your shipping costs?
   We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 for all orders within Pakistan.
3. How can I track my order?
   We offer LEOPARD courier service for standard delivery. you will get your tracking number at completion of your order.
4. What is your return policy?
   Items must be returned within 03 days of the delivery date.
5. How do I return an item?
   We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
6. How long does a refund take?
   Please allow 05 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item(s).
